It helps if you tell us what you were doing when something went wrong, which iPhone you use, and roughly when it happened. Do not paste anything from a session you would rather keep private; describe it instead.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us: reportaproblem.apple.com. To cancel a subscription, open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
